READ ALL OF THEIR BAD REVIEWS!!!...Worst retailer I have ever had to deal with. Everyone who has problems should REPORT THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS which is very easy to do. I always shop around for best prices and am usually very happy but not in this case. (Luckily I paid with paypal.) It really is worth paying more to purchase from a reputable company with the kind of items that this joke of a company sell. Please take the time to look at the bad reviews to save yourself from a very bad experience with the purchasing let alone if anything goes wrong with the item you have purchased. (N B a lot of the bad reviews also indicate that many items are arriving damaged ) I really dread to think how you would fare in trying to get things rectified if there is anything wrong. Should be zero stars but I wanted to write a review so had to put one.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Terrible experience. I would not give them any stars but I had to in order to be able to write this review.Purchased a range cooker and cooker hood. They "lost" the cooker and only delivered the cooker hood. Customer services unable to explain. No more of that cooker in stock until March. Forced to buy a more expensive cooker which was promised to be delivered today. Again NOTHING just the cooker hood change to match the new cooker that didn't arrive.Customer services all very sweet but ineffective. 2nd day without cooking facilities (old cooker outside waiting for them to recycle) (at an additional cost) and no idea when the new cooker will arrive because although they promised to rectify the situation and call back they do not. I am now an additional couple of hundred pounds worse off after paying for a more expensive cooker that never arrived.Two lots of failed deliveries with drivers without masks.Shocking dreadful awful experience.Don't waste your time or your money with them.

Very efficient delivery with texting…

Very efficient delivery with texting and then a call pre delivery as promised. Delivery driver James was great. He had to ask for the house number which did not seem easy to put onto the original delivery information when ordering the hob.

Fantastic service from Mark’s…

Fantastic service from Mark’s electrical. We ordered our tumble dryer at 3.30pm yesterday afternoon and it was delivered today at 8.45 am. Good communication from the team regarding delivery and very competitive price with free delivery. Will definitely use again.

Great prices & excellent customer…

Great prices & excellent customer service. My old freezer failed & new one was delivered by 10am the next morning saving most of my frozen foods. Really helpful staff. Used before & will def use again.

Efficient and quick

The guys had a clear run around to the rear of the property and straight into the back door and the old appliance was ready for them outside. They were quick and efficient and removed all the packaging too.

Terrible. No support after 30 days

Terrible. Marks Electrical have no interest in supporting the customer after 30 days despite the Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly making it their responsibility. Chargeback with Barclaycard initiated.

Basically called a liar!

Ordered a tumble dryer on 9th January 2021 which was due to be delivered on 21st January 2021. Heard nothing so called up today to be told that I was allegedly contacted on 14th January and told there would be a delay until the middle of February. When I told them I hadn’t been contacted, I was told that the notes were on the system by ‘Sam’ and he wouldn’t have made them up!! Well I wouldn’t make up that I hadn’t been contacted either and my phone records can prove this conversation didn’t take place!! Order cancelled, now awaiting a refund! Let’s see how long that takes! Very rude, won’t be using them again!*** IN RESPONSE TO THEIR UPDATE ***I was told on the phone that he had spoken to me, not left a voicemail! And if he did leave a voicemail, it wasn’t on my phone! So maybe check who he called!*** IN RESPONSE TO THEIR SECOND UPDATE ***What previous contact? There has never been any! I didn’t hear anything from placing the order to calling up today. You’re about as approachable as the person I spoke to today! I don’t know who ‘Sam’ called, but it wasn’t me. I’ve never had a voicemail and if I did, I would have called before now wouldn’t I?! Anyway, I’ve ordered elsewhere now with delivery tomorrow. Shocking service with people who have an appalling attitude! Absolute disgrace! Can’t wait to receive my refund!
